1. Eligibility

You may use BrushBefore only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

2. Our Service

BrushBefore is an interview-preparation and revision platform that may offer:

• public interview preparation content
• search, bookmarking, and revision tools
• practice features
• private user-created content features
• paid subscription features
• personalized preparation tools

BrushBefore is intended for educational and preparation purposes only.

3. Account Registration

To access some features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• provide accurate information
• keep your login credentials secure
• be responsible for activity under your account
• notify us promptly of unauthorized access or suspected account misuse

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security or abuse risks.

4. Paid Subscriptions

Some features may be available only through a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• you will pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges
• subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled, if your chosen billing model uses auto-renewal
• subscription access may continue until the end of the current billing period after cancellation, unless stated otherwise
• we may change pricing or plan structure in the future, with notice where required

Your access to premium features may be suspended or terminated if payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed.

5. Billing and Payment

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable terms of the payment provider.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available at all times.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation process offered on the platform.

Unless otherwise stated on a specific plan page, refund page, or as required by applicable law:

• subscription fees are non-refundable
• partial billing periods are not refunded
• cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse already processed payments

7. User Content

You may create, upload, or store content on BrushBefore, including private questions, answers, notes, job descriptions, or other prep material ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content.

However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service for you.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• you have the right to upload or use the content
• your content does not violate law or third-party rights
• your content does not include unlawful, harmful, or abusive material

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the platform
• interfere with security or platform operations
• attempt unauthorized access
• scrape, copy, or redistribute content in violation of these Terms
• upload malicious code
• use the platform for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent activity
• impersonate another person or entity

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations.

9. Intellectual Property

BrushBefore, including its branding, design, editorial content, features, software, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit our content or platform materials without permission.

10. Educational Use; No Guarantee

BrushBefore is designed to support interview preparation. We do not guarantee:

• job offers
• interview success
• selection by any employer
• accuracy or completeness for every industry, company, or role

Your results depend on many factors beyond the platform.

11. Availability

We try to keep BrushBefore available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice.

12. Third-Party Services

BrushBefore may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication providers, hosting providers, payment processors, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• you violate these Terms
• you misuse the platform
• payment issues affect premium access
• we believe continued access poses legal, operational, or security risk

You may stop using the platform at any time.

14. Disclaimer

BrushBefore is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not make warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding availability, suitability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bijumon Sekharan and related founders, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, opportunities, or business arising from or related to your use of BrushBefore.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount paid by you to us for the service in the 12-month period preceding the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater or more appropriate under final legal advice.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bijumon Sekharan from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

• your misuse of the platform
• your User Content
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of law or third-party rights

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BrushBefore after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India, subject to applicable law.
